Club Montcau Sports

It is in tune with the educational project of the center, which guarantees an ideal training and educational process. Together with the environment in which it takes place, the project assures all families the quality of football learning that we want to give from the center.

From P3 to secondary school: Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

We want to introduce boys and girls to the practice of sport. By introducing basic technical aspects of different sports, both individual and collective, we will consolidate motor and postural aspects, we will promote hygiene habits, respect and we will live the sport from its most playful base

From P3 to 2nd grade: Wednesdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

If you want to dance and learn choreography, you have rhythm in your blood and you want to be introduced to the different styles of dance, we are waiting for you in our workshops!

From P4 to 1st grade: Monday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

From 2nd grade to 4th grade: Wednesdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Judo is a fighting sport that favors the acquisition of courage and new forms of movement, allowing the practitioner a wide range of responses to the motor problems raised. This extracurricular program deals with judo and fighting games from a practical point of view to transmit basic content (technical, tactical and regulatory).

Primary, secondary and high school: Tuesday from 5 to 6 p.m.

Chess improves and enhances spatial intelligence, mathematics, creativity, sportsmanship, cognitive abilities, etc. Besides being a game that entertains and amuses with infinite possibilities.

From 1st to 6th grade of primary school: Wednesday or Thursday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

With this proposal we want to approach students and allow them to grow at different levels. It is a very complete sport that combines physical work with technical skill and tactical play.

From P5 to 6th grade: Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

With this activity taught by our swimming teachers, children will be able to complement, perfect and improve different techniques, movements and styles in the water.

From P3 to secondary students: Mondays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

In this intensive five-session personal defense provided by Marc Verge (with 20 years of experience teaching martial arts and personal defense) and Iker Garcia. The student will work theoretically and practically on strategies to prevent and confront violence as a defense and self-protection.

Baccalaureate: 25 and 27 April and 11, 16 and 18 May, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Club Montcau Art-Multimedia

The reading animation workshop wants to encourage children to follow the reading process by explaining various stories and enhancing creativity, imagination and comprehension through reading.

From P3 to 1st grade: Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Space where children can express without barriers through a free art such as painting and drawing. We will work on various techniques and supports. At the end of the course, there will be an exhibition to enjoy all the creations together.

It will be necessary to bring a paint coat and a DINA3 folder.

From P5 to 6th grade: Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

English activity focused in creation, design, recycling, clothing… A space to become fashionable and develop ingenuity.

From 1st to 3rd grade: Monday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

From 4th to 6th grade: Thursday or Friday from 2pm to 3pm

In this digital photography course taught by Daniel Márquez, students will work on the concepts and elements of a digital camera in a practical and dynamic way: such as sensors, lenses, aperture, shutter, exposure, etc.

From 3rd ESO to Baccalaureate: March 11, 18 and 25, from 15 to 16.30 p.m.

Club Montcau Science

A programming activity, computational thinking and notions of robotics, worked in an easy and playful way, will allow our students to enhance capacities such as creativity, the capacity for abstraction, logical thinking and intelligence. Python, Lego Mindstorms, Linux, 3D Design, C ++, Arduino,… are part of a first level of learning that we will work on.

This course we introduce this activity in high school.

From 3rd to 6th grade: Friday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Secondary: Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

This year we will be facing a series of new challenges for the First Lego League and First Lego League Junior teams. As participants and once we have received the international challenge, we will have to design, build and program while researching, working in groups, solving problems and introducing ourselves to the world of science.

First Lego League JUNIOR (1st to 4th grade): Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 6 pm

First Lego League (From 5th grade to 4th grade high school): Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Club Montcau Languages

One of the cornerstones of our school’s educational project is language learning. With this activity of the Club Montcau we offer the possibility to get started in learning Chinese.

P5 Initiation Group: Friday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Primary Initiation Group: Thursday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Secondary Initiation Group: Thursday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

From a more playful perspective and from the use of everyday English, we want to reinforce this first contact that preschool students have with the English language within school hours.

Games, songs, stories, small workshops, conversations… everything, in a relaxed and fun way!

P5 and 1st of primary: Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

2nd ans 3rd of primary: Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Within the multilingual project of the school, we want to offer to the students of 5th and 6th of primary a space to do a first approach and knowledge of French language.

5th and 6th grade: Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Club Montcau Music

The CEM – Montcau School of Music project aims all students to live the experience of playing and enjoying music and benefit from all the work involved in this activity, which contributes significantly to the emotional and cognitive development of students.

Groups of:

  • Violin, viola, cello, flute, acoustic guitar and electric guitar or piano.
  • Musical awareness for preschool students.
  • Musical language from the age of 6.

Extracurricular activity at noon, with the possibility of opening afternoon groups if the number of registrants allows it.

Club Montcau Families

We offer the possibility of taking swimming lessons with your children from 4 months to 3 years old.

Enjoy the pool with your children so that they gain confidence in the aquatic environment.

In this activity we will have the support of specialized monitors.

Sessions will begin at the school’s sports facilities in early October, and will run quarterly throughout the school year.

Thursday from 5.15 pm to 6.15 pm

We want to accompany the concerns, reflections and questions of the families of the stage of the 0-3 years, creating a respectful and trusting space.

This activity will be guided by the psychologist and director of the nursery.

Tuesday from 5 pm to 6 pm

Before the Christmas holidays arrive, we suggest you participate in the Christmas Cooking Workshop.

We will carry out a collaborative workshop, in which parents and children will prepare a three-course menu (starters, main and dessert) together.

The activity will be directed by our chef, Santi Murillo.

Soon we will be able to communicate the dates of this session of the Montcau Families Club.

We want that everyone enjoy the facilities and the different outdoor spaces of the school. It is for this reason that we make them available to families and other groups not linked to the school.

On Wednesday, September 30 at 5 p.m. we will hold the informational meeting of all the extracurricular students with the families, electronically.


  1. You have to fill out and sign the registration form that you will find by clicking HERE.
  2. This registration should be sent by email to: clubmontcau@montcaulamola.com

As a general rule, it will be necessary to have a minimum of registered students according to the activity in order to carry it out. In case of not reaching the established minimum, the situation of each activity will be evaluated and the school will decide whether to continue or suspend the activity.

Families will be informed if an activity is canceled due to lack of registration and also if there are activities that are closed due to being full. In both cases, waiting lists will be opened.

* If there are many students who want to do an activity and there are not enough places for everyone, the order of registration of the tickets will be prioritized and not the age.
